You could probably eat right out of it but make sure you use plastic or silicone utensils due to the non stick surface. It is easy to wipe out and it cook food without needing any oil. You can boil water or fry a hamburger really easy I have even cooked a small steak in it. It’s nice but expect it to be small like a medium sauce pan.
