what does FoodSaver have to seal mason jars? i have the machine, 2 different sizes of the jar sealers, but do they work on mason jars?

I don't know. They are made for the Food Saver machine. I am not familiar with the other vacuum sealer you reference. You might check with the manufacturer of your machine, or you could try them and see.
