Great for cooking! No doubt about that. If you are a foodie, I’m sure you’ll find a dozen ways how to use this flavorful clam juice. In my case, I use it for making an outstanding Clamato mixer. Way, way better than Mott’s! Combine 1/2 cup of clam juice with 2 cups of REAL tomato juice (i’d highly recommend Dei Fratelli. This is the best tomato juice by far!) add Worcestershire sauce, any hot sauce, fresh lemon or lime juice, celery salt (suggested, not necessary. sea salt works for me just fine) and ground pepper up to your liking. Lots of ice of course. There you go! No brainer, right?! You got yourself a very refreshing and healthy beverage! No MSG, no excessive sugar! For 21+ customers. Mix “my Clamato” with your favorite beer, vodka or even scotch! Enjoy!

Great flavor. Made the base for a great clam "chowda" ! Solid Value.

You can taste the clam in this product, unlike Snow's, which only has a hint of an aftertaste. The size makes it convenient when you make a lot of seafood dishes, and it's great for a large batch Caesar mix.

I use the juice when I make a large batch of Chowder instead of just water to give it more flavor. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is it seemed a bit too salty for me.

I used this to make 10 gallons of clam chowder and it was a great flavor enhancer!

Great Clam juice. Great value. Definitely will buy again. I had to make a lot of clam chowder for a church event and was pleased with the results.
