Dr. SquatchAll Natural Bar Soap for Men with Medium Grit, Eucalyptus

UPDATE: The Eucalyptus scent caused breakouts. I will stick to the Goat Milk scent..A review as a woman that had no intentions on use this bar of soap. I bought this soap for my boyfriend to try. It sat on the counter untouched by his ungratefullness for a couple weeks. I decided I'll go ahead and try and see what the hype is about. My first purchase was the goats milk oatmeal scent. I really liked how well it lathered up and the smell is really nice. I left it in the shower and one day I ran out of face wash and decided to use the bar instead. Well, now I'm hooked! Removes all my makeup wonderfully and leaves my face moisturized and smooth, no breakouts at all! I had to buy another bar and chose the Eucalyptus Greek Yogurt scent. It's a strong smell that wakes up my senses in the morning. A little minty. I like it so far. I'll go ahead and try all the scents before deciding which one to stick to. It's pricey and last a couple weeks for me, but I'm happy with it for what it's worth.

Got this for my boyfriend, he loves this brand of soap, says it feels very luxurious and smells great. I will say though, that he has said the soap does not last very long. I’m not sure how he stores the soap, so that could be a factor, but often soaps with a lot of moisturizers in them don’t last super long, so be mindful of that.I still think its a great gift for someone who likes specialty soap!

I just recently ordered the Eucalyptus with Greek Yogurt soap and so far it’s been wonderful. I like the fact it’s got oats and what not to exfoliate the skin as well as the hydration my skin gets from the Greek yogurt part of it. I’m a ginger with sensitive and some dry skin and this bar of soap is amazing. This is the 1st time I’ve tried any Dr Squatch soap and I will be a repeat customer. You can easily smell the Eucalyptus from the bar of soap and it does linger on your skin for a while but I wish it had a stronger/longer lasting smell. One thing I forgot to mention is that it does NOT leave that nasty and annoying film on your skin, that’s been on of my biggest complaints with men’s soap, so I’m happy I don’t have to deal with that anymore.

The soap is amazing. It smells good, moisturizing, and feels good great. The only down fall is how long the soap last. I got about 20 days out of it. The price is high for the soap and should be more in the $5 range. For this, I won't buy again.

was pretty skeptical as i've never been a bar soap guy, but overall i'm impressed. seen a lot of negative reviews mostly pertaining to how the scent doesn't last long after the shower or the bar dissolves quickly. so yeah that's kind of true but the appeal of this soap is that it's made with natural ingredients. if you've dabbled with all natural products before you already know they don't last as long because there's no chemicals. if you want something that's going to have you smelling good all day long you'll have to go back to old spice or dove for men. that being said i took the advice of another guys review on here and cut the bar into four pieces for longevity. kept the pieces in a mason jar right outside the shower and they have lasted quite awhile. as for the actual wash yeah the advertisements are a bit exaggerated and this is one of those "hype" products, but again, the target audience is probably people who want a quality soap with no harmful ingredients. no the scent doesn't stay on very long but i will say it has made my skin softer. of course everyone's skin is different but most people take way too hot showers which will inevitably dry the skin out. in the end nothing crazy is happening here, it's just soap.

If you’re wanting to buy from this brand I suggest saving for a set of multiple scents to choose from. This bar in particular smells exactly like Italian salad dressing and oregano, which is fine. But not for me. Their other bars are excellent tho.

I've never been so happy about a soap as the Dr, Squatch. I know that the soap isn't sold as so, but the Eucalyptus Greek Yogurt one is extremely good for washing/exfoliating under your beard. It will leave you a little red from the scrubbing but it allows your beard to continue to grow. I also have tried the Cool Aloe and Citrus Cedar. I like those two better as overall soaps but all 3 are excellent. Because of the nature of my work, in mountains, freezing one day, humid the next, 10-50 MPH wind gusts, I do have to use another medicated body wash about twice a week but this Dr. Squatch is my pick for the other 5 days. It leaves me feeling not only clean but also refreshed. Currently, I am averaging right at a month per bar and I'm fine with that. The medicated body wash I use lasts about a month too and it's more expensive than this soap so I can't rightfully complain about the soap's longevity to price comparison. The scents that I have tried are very good. There's a bit of herbal soap smell, if you have an Earth Fare store or somewhere that sells handmade soaps, it has a bit of that scent but then each has their own scent that stands out. If I picked a favorite between the three it would probably be the Cool Aloe, but I do prefer cooling scents. I'm going to switch to ordering their soapscription from them once spring/summer gets here and try several more of the scents.

The media could not be loaded. This soap is very nice !! I have sensitive skin and certain soaps make my skin dry out and or makes me bump up . . The bar is hand cut and the bar has pour threw out the bar giving me what seems like a agitation effect . The soap had my skin feeling soft for few hours after I used it . I highly recommend this bar I’ll update if anything else happens . Great for me might be great for you !

Nice smelling soap. Does not last long, which for the steep price is meh. For the same price you can get a bunch of really good olive oil soaps that last a several months.Overall I would give 4.5-5 stars if they can tweek the bar to not be a a one to two week use. That reason alone brings it to a three. Keep up the great work, and marketing.
