I bought this set on a whim for a small project I'm working on, and boy, I can see why it has such raving reviews.Comes with just about everything under the sun, including nice extras like a magnetizer/demagnetizer, plastic wedges, prying tools, precision tweezers, a little brush. The craziest part is that all of the aforementioned are of pretty decent quality as well.Pretty nifty and hard to pass up for the price.

I have a lot of tools for general and automotive purposes, but none would fit the screws in the back of my laptop. This set was perfect for removing the screws AND it has plastic wedges that allow you to separate the case without marring it. Would recommend because jobs are so much easier with the right tools.

Amazing and affordable set of tools, I've used it twice on a Logitech g604 to replace the switches and it had everything i needed plus much more. The folding pouch is a big upgrade from my previous hard case set where the plastic broke down over time. The magnetic pad is something i didnt know i needed but can no longer do without. Highly recommended for any amateur electronics tinkerer or someone looking to do maintenance on their electronics

Honestly has every bit you could ever want. 4 stars for the weak magnet and bit holder design. While the driver is extendable, the bit holder is large and won’t fit into small openings. You can use one of the adapters that it comes with to extend it slightly but the magnet is so weak it barely holds it in place and forget about using the magnet to pull your screw out.

The precision tools were quite impressive and truly exceeded my expectations. Using the comprehensive kit, I could easily replace my laptop battery. The features that particularly stood out to me were the magnetized bits, the high-quality craftsmanship of each tool, and the thoughtfully designed storage case. Given my positive experience, I’m considering purchasing another set as a gift for someone else.

If you're on a budget and you don't really feel like spending an arm and a leg on the IFIXIT kit, I can't say there is anything wrong with this kit. Same amount of bits as well that comes with IFIXIT. The screwdriver bits are sturdy, and they don't have that "cheap" feeling quality to them. The same can be said about the rest of the kit.

This is a great gift for anyone especially a man. It comes in a great case to keep it all together. We like it.
