the tape is strong. has WAY more depth than I thought. it is a GIGANTIC pain to remove the plastic backing. I got this to mount a paper poster and it was NOT ideal for this task. bent up the paper trying to get that dang plastic backing off.

Would not recommend, adhesive did not work, Followed directions. Husband ended up using super hold (30 pound Velcro) for a small shelf and RV Shower Vent Cover, now that worked great.

I ordered this to use for the toilet paper holder we got that mounts to the wall. It held for less than 24 hours before falling unfortunately. But it did hold other things I have used it for since.

I used this to help some stair carpet treads stay in place. The rubber backing of the carpeted stair treads had started breaking up (too much washing I suppose) and this stuff works great. The stair treads do NOT move!

Impressively adheres on stucco. Also if used on glass or any smooth surface and later you decide to remove it, simply use a hairdryer on hot and gently peel off.

I bought this tape based on the reviews left on this site, specifically the reviews about using it to mount a Wzye webcam on brick. It started ok, I followed the recommendations of others to stick the tape to the brick first for proper adhesion to a rough surface and then remove the plastic covering and place the webcam on the tape. However, after 24 hours and about 12 hours of rain, the webcam came off the tape! It was still sticking on the brick, but the webcam fell off...disappointing! Not recommended for webcams. Drilled a hole into the brick to mount the webcam.

The tape works well, but very hard to handle when you remove both sides of the plastic protector. Very sticky. That's why I gave it only a 4 star.
