Is there a 150 or 200 amp capacity available?

Sorry. we don't sell 150A or 200A meter. But the 400A version will be available in 4-5 weeks.

Could the sense cable be extended to ? 50 feet. Does cable need to be shielded? Would cat5 work?

Yes. The sensor cable can be extended to 50 feet. The cable need to be shieled and the cat5 cable can work.

when swtched to read current only does the display still blink or flicker?

I have two of these displaying current at 27vdc. Bought 3 months ago and 3 years ago. Neither of them flicker.

Does the amperage reading or accuracy vary based on the power supply voltage? I have 2 6v batteries in series so I can provide 6 or 12 volts.

Amperage is measured independently of voltage, so the answer to your question is "no." As long the display is powered within the stated "5-120V," amperage shown will be just fine.
