Useless garbage, with multiple pins soldered together
I'm not even going to try to use this, because it has multiple pins soldered together. It also requires a 12V power connection but doesn't indicate what sort of cable to use or include one with a SATA or molex header. Is that a floppy drive power cable header? Maybe, but randomly attaching power cables doesn't seem smart. I'm returning mine.

Doesn't work
It doesn't work for an Asus ThunderboltEx 4 pcie x4 card. The card works fine when plugged directly into the slot, but not with this riser cable. I hooked up the extra power to the riser cable and everything, but no luck.

Absolute Garbage
I wouldn't trust this junk within 10 feet of a PCIe slot. A monkey with a blowtorch could have done a better job soldering this thing.

The cable started to burn
This thing has issues I plugged it up just for it to start melting.

Don’t know what to do with this trash, too late to return now
