Great pain relief when recovering from back injury/pain. As soon as I have tightening in lower back, the tens machine is out of the cupboard so always like to keep the pads stocked up. I have recommended this to friends and family. Found this an absolute lifesaver. My mother also found it helpful for her twitchy leg syndrome. Only downside, I find I get an itchy rash where the pad sits on my back, if used for a prolonged period, but I do have sensitive skin. For me a great little gadget recommended by my physio.

Just what you need when in pain

Love the product, ease to use and quick to put on the right spot. Sticks really good to the skin. Good for pain relief I just have so much pain I need about 6 of these to be pai free. Really good value for money.

Worked perfectly and was easy to use

This has become a life saver to me and my ankle! It’s so easy to use, you can use it anywhere, anytime and strap it on if you are walking about to help ease the pain. I really suffer with my ankle after a car accident 20+years ago and after a day on my feet I relax on the sofa with this working on my ankle. The relief it gives us amazing, especially when I get it in the right spot - heaven 😀I am awaiting ankle surgery to have my ankle fused together as the cortisone injections I was having no longer work. I highly recommend this to anyone who has arthritis as a result of an injury, I’ve already bought more of the replacement pads too for a very reasonable price. Such amazing value for money. Very happy customer.

Such a good product, I have had the first week with less pain and no painkillers for 6 months. I’m using this three times a day for a torn shoulder which has not healed well. The sticky pad requires careful handling to keep it sticky for over a week of three uses a day, but applying to clean skin, and then popping back on the sheet of plastic has worked well. With no cords, it’s less breakable and far more easy to apply and use.

This neat little machine can be easily worn underneath clothing. The instructions are clear and make it very easy to use. I’ve only given it four stars for ease of use because if you place it on your back, for e.g. or in a place on your body where you cannot see it, you may need to have someone with you to adjust the intensity for you (there is a button for this) but with practice you might be able to do this yourself.
