Espresso volume is adjustable from 30 ml to 80 ml, I think if it provides 20 ml option then it will give more options to those who prefer very strong espresso. We had a manual espresso machine before, upgraded to the Magenta plus, and it was a huge step up, definitely a great decision. The customer service from Gaggia is superb, we were guided through the usage and features of the machine. All our questions answered from before we made the purchase and after we started using our new coffee machine. We could not be happier with the Gaggia Magenta Plus and we would 100% recommend it. I believe that you get the value of your money.

The Gaggia Magenta Plus is a great way to enter into the beans to cup espresso category. You get easy to make and consistent cup of coffee, weak or strong depends on the coffee you use and the settings you make. The machine is fast to warm up and ready to make your favorite espresso with the build in memory settings. The display and menus are very intuitive, barely need to read the manual. You get quite a wide range of dialing in options for the coffees. The grinder adjustment settings seem easy enough but turning the knob actually isn't that easy. The sensor for the coffee pods in the empty tray is a count, so machine may ask you to empty it, even if it not needed. The steam wand is positioned high, so not the easiest ways to steam milk, but it is an easy to do procedure with decent results. Just don't forget to clean the wand as soon as you finish milk steaming. The bottom of the wand dismantles for easy cleaning. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is the price, which could've been more comparable to the European markets. For consitent, fast great everyday freshly made coffee, the Gaggia Magenta Plus is a solid companion. For the aspiring baristas, look at the manual line of Gaggia.

Just received it and I really like it. Set up was easy, cleaning was easy, and brewing was easy. I have not used the grinder yet. The coffee is ready in a minute and it’s the perfect temperature . It’s the perfect size and goes with any aesthetic. Definitely recommend this coffee maker if you're looking for fresh coffee anytime of the day. I LOVE IT

After the first 10 cappucinos, the milk stops being frothed. The milk frother needs to be dismounted in 10 pieces and washed every time. Even with all this care the frother only works randomly. I'm returning the machine.

Great coffee, good customization, you can choose the temperature and the steamer is great and super quick and can be used to make latte art.

After one month trying different settings, grain types, grind size, water amount, coffee amount... you name it. Coffee is just not as strong as I would expect from mid-range machine like this. To add up, there are some mechanical problems: too much water spill in the tray. It almost overflows everyday. Sometimes there is water+coffee residue leakage from the back of the machine that spills over my counter

I will give 4 stars because in description it is specified that will come with an water filter, but that item was missing from package, also can easily see that the package was unpacked i am really disappointed of this. It is not about the product, but the seller! If you open new packages to remove items from it at least try the best to make it back same as it was!! Please, Amazon, do something about this or remove from description that ir will come with an filter, or remove this seller. About the machine itself it is a very good choice, i tried from others makers in same price range like delonghi or philips (which by the way using the same brewing system and same coffee grinder ) but i found that Gaggia beverages are better.

Gör rätt bra kaffe spec med tanke på priset. Stänger av sig aldelles för snabbt. Lite krånglig att få till bra på dubbelespresson, och dessutom väldigt störande stor röd knapp som lyser (hela knappen, inte bara en liten prick) hela tiden när den är avstängd. Störande. Skulle jag köpa igen?.... Naaaeee.. Går nog tillbaka till delonghi nästa gång.

Jammer van dat rode lampje dat constant nerveus blijft knipperen, wanneer het toestel af staat. Totaal nutteloos maar wel irritant! Voor de rest prima toestel! Ze mogen gerust een firmware update doorsturen, om dat lampje af te (kunnen) zetten.😉

I purchased this machine 8 months ago. It is leaking water underneath and I contacted customer service who said I have to bring the machine to the repair centre, which is more than 700km away from where I live, post it to them, at my own cost or find a coffee machine repair centre closer to us and pay for the repairs ourselves, even though the item is under warranty! This is the worst customer service I have encountered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND.

I decided to buy a coffee machine when I finally realized how much regular trips to Costa (my nearest one is 20 miles away) were costing. I then had weeks of research and indecision about which machine to go for before. I eventually decided I wanted a bean to cup machine but with a manual milk frother so I could pretend to be a barista. I considered the De Longhi Magnifica which has very good reviews on Amazon. However, when I had the chance to view one in Currys I was disappointed by the appearance which, to my eyes, looks cheap and fragile. The Naviglio looks much sturdier and better made and, of course, it has the magic Gaggia name. On the other hand, it has a realistic price tag unlike many of the machines out there. I reckon it will have paid for itself within six months. I have been absolutely delighted with the machine which produces better coffees than high street coffee shops and am having lots of fun experimenting with different beans to see which I like the best. It's quite needy because it needs some cleaning every day, a thorough clean once a week and greasing every month but, hey, that's all part of the fun. I would unhesitatingly recommend this machine to anyone who wants superb coffee at the touch of a couple of buttons. Can I give it ten stars please?

No tiene un display cómo las mas nuevas pero su operación es muy sencilla, llevo dos años usándola a diario sin ninguna queja. Se pueden hacer cafés cortos ,largos, cortados, con leche y capuchinos. Para los cafés que llevan leche deberás comprar aparte un espumador o usar un contenedor alto. No usar café torrefacto ej. (Hacendado 50/50) ya algunos granos tienen azúcar y pueden dañar el molino.
