What I Needed
Worth the cheaper price that I paid. Used under RV mattress. Easy to cut to size. My mattress on top and then the foam mattress and mattress cover. I feel as if I can rest peacefully without condensation now.

bad product
I am very disappointed with this coconut coir mattress. The quality is far below expectations. The material is extremely soft and does not provide proper support at all. There are visible white glue residues inside, which raises concerns about manufacturing quality and safety. In addition, the smell is very strong and unpleasant even after airing it out, making it uncomfortable to use indoors. The product does not match the description or the expected quality of a coconut coir mattress. What makes the experience worse is that the seller does not cover return shipping, even though the product quality is clearly poor. Overall, this feels very misleading and not worth the money. I would not recommend this product.

Think twice before ordering from this company
I ordered two of this product. I am relatively happy with it. I had to cut it down to size to fit my camper. If you do cut it will shed constantly. The other reason I am only relatively happy is I realized that I did not need the second one. I went to the post office to find out how much it would cost to mail it back to the seller. The return shipping cost is $167.00. I paid $110.00 per pad. I will never order from Unbeatable Sale again.

Not firm at all
Product not as described. It’s not firm at all, it doesn’t give support. I returned it and it took 20 days to get a refund. It’s very organic tough.

Exactly what we needed!
These coir/latex mats are hard to find, but they really are necessary if you want to have your mattress on the floor or a solid platform without box springs. No airflow under your mattress = mold and mildew in your mattress! Been there, done that, destroyed an expensive futon. This mat from BioSleep is well-made and sturdy enough for its purpose, providing healthy ventilation under primary sleeping surfaces.

This is a deceptive way to sell.
This product does not match the interface introduction. The interface introduction product is very good, but when I received it, it was just a semi-finished product that had not been processed and had no sheet cover. It was very rough. I couldn’t imagine it was a mattress at all. When I request a return, I need an additional return postage of about $90. This is a deceptive way to sell.

Doesn’t help enough against moisture under mattress on the floor
I bought one of these from another company, but it’s the same product so I figured I would add my review here. I was waiting for a slated wood frame, and in the meantime used this to help with airflow under the mattress. When my bed frame arrived, I picked up the mattress and the coconut coir bed rug and found some moisture damage on my hard wood floor! Maybe it wouldn’t have happened if I had bought 2 bed rugs and stacked them on top of each other. Also, this is somewhat scratchy in texture; and I hate slightly scratching my hands when tucking my sheets under the mattress! Another reviewer on another site suggested putting the bed rug inside a cotton duvet cover…I’m going to try that idea. Needless to say, I still think some sort of slated frame even slightly up off the floor is needed to prevent moisture buildup. This just adds a little extra airflow and support between the slats on a bed frame. I’m not sure I would buy this again. I definitely will be inspecting my wood bed frame regularly to make sure I don’t have moisture under there!
