We have purchased many different sheets over the years, none have been as nice as these. What a difference! My wife tells me these are easy to wash and dry and come out looking great. I can say they are extremely soft and comfortable. Not scratchy at all. The keep us comfortable all night long.We have had them for about a couple of months now and they are holding up well. Well worth a full 5 stars!

Better than cheap microfiber polyester sheets!Nice, simple but quality cotton sheets.  Yes they are stiff and rough when you first get them as is common with all new cotton sheets. With each wash and use they will soften up. Also they are a good thickness for cotton sheets.Upon opening they smelled but a quick wash did the trick. They were still rough after the initial wash so I rewashed them with baking soda, followed by a rinse of white vinegar.  Wow! So much better and softer!  That night they kept me warm but breathable here in oregon winter weather.The sheets did shrink although I washed them in cold water followed by low heat cycle in the dryer. All cotton will shrink so this is common. I would guess mine shrank about an inch. However the fitted sheet was a bit tight on my king sized 12 inch memory foam bed. I wouldn't call them deep docket so I deducted a star.Unlike cheap microfiber polyester sheets these are very breathable and should do nicely with the upcoming spring.  Yes there may be a slight learning curve but with a tiny bit of effort you can have wonderful good quality sheets night and day better than microfiber

Heavy feel, and soft luxurious fabric! We love everything about them. We immediately ordered a second set after sleeping on them for a couple of weeks. I didn’t want them to quit carrying them!

I was a bit skeptical about ordering these sheets on line. I was disappointed in the past when the “all cotton” proved t to be cotton-poly blend. Also the tread count was not what I expected. So, in short, the Mayfair sheet set was everything they advertised. I know it seems strange to laud a company for telling the truth but that is what Mayfair did. Now, to the specifics. The sheets were great. I have been sleeping on them for about a week and they are comfortable. Another thing that it is important to me is the coolness factor. I live in Florida and prefer a cooler sheet. The Mayfair sheets do not warm you up. That is what the comforter is for. I was unsure of what exactly the difference between 800 and 1000 thread count would make, but I do know the difference between 400 and much higher count makes. The Mayfair sheets show that they have a high thread count. As others have said they are a bit on the thin side, but that is okay. One of the big things that others have commented on was the size. Today’s mattresses are much thicker than the mattresses in the past, so it is very important that the sheets have the depth to properly fit the mattress. The Mayfair sheets do. Other sheets shrink after washing, so it is very hard to put on. I laundered the sheets before I put them on the bed, so, I hope subsequent washings will not adversely affect fitting. I was a bit unsure about what “Sateen” actually means. I did not want a satin sheet as it seems to be too slippery. The Mayfair sheets are smooth. Another issue is ironing. The Mayfair sheets are not no-iron. I am a casual housekeeper, so I do not feel it is necessary to iron everything. I am guessing that adding a no-iron feature would adversely affect other aspects. In short the Mayfair sheet set is everything they say they are and in this day and age it is a rarity. Recommended highly.

Washed and dried before use would recommend ironing. UPDATE: Asked the seller about the sheets, and followed instructions to soak in epsom salts and wash a second time using a fabric softener. Since these are my 1st cotton sheets I was unaware they take a while to be “broken in” they are soft and comfortable and will last for years. The seller was easy to work with and helpful. Many good suggestions on how to speed up the softening, anti wrinkling process on the internet, I suggest giving these sheets a try as they are soooo comfortable and worth the little bit of effort

Great color, smooth, and deep pockets. It fits on my mattress with a 3 inch gel mattress topper.

The only problem I have with this product is that it is not the size I ordered. I ordered Queen size but got King size pillowcase. With that being said, I do love these, they are soft and are of a good quality. I would buy from this company again.

These are strong durable breathable sheets that regulate body temperature and are extremely comfortable

was super excited to get my new sheets untill i saw that the packaging for the sheets was broken and opened !but was quite happy to see there was no damage to the sheets put them in the washer and dryer and made my bed .. hotel softness and sooo comfy! breath able fabric didn’t get to hot or cold ! and having Sensitive skin with fabrics found that my eczema I did not flare up during the night !! Over all great

I don’t expect any sheet to be wrinkle free, especially cotton ones, these sheets are so soft and comfy though and fit our mattress really well and we absolutely love the dark grey colour. Very happy with these sheets so far

Son mis sábanas preferidas. Algo caras, pero la calidad lo merece. Muy buen algodón, suaves y bonitas. Para ser de algodón, son cálidas dado su espesor, aunque obviamente no como la franela u otros materiales. Lastima que no tengan una funda para almohada grande, sino dos fundas de almohada pequeña. Por lo demás, las recomendaría sin duda.
