The Ten Commandments (4K UHD + Blu-ray + Digital)

The dvd is just like watching the movie every year, like I did as a child growing up.

Fantastic! I believe one of the best movies ever produced and still going strong. I watch periodically to refresh my mind and to help build my Faith. Yes its a 4K Ultra disc BUT it comes with 2 Blu-ray disc and a Digital Copy to add to things like Google, Amazon etc. Gives you a choice to where you want to redeem the code, really cool. You get a LOT for the money. The quality on the right TV for the 4K UHD is fantastic especially considering the age of the movie. Get it for you and to pass on to future generations, what a solid investment. **** Side note about digital movies not this hard copy to always keep in mind ***** One thing to always keep in mind is that if you buy a digital copy from any of the online video sources Like Google, Amazon etc etc (The movies stored on your account to view only) they can pull your movie if they lose the authority to broadcast, that would mean you never get a refund for that purchase, your just out and movie gone. I quit buying digital movies and started buying only physical copies once I discovered that.

This movie is a classic. It was enjoyed so much it was bought as a gift and the recipient was very thrilled to receive this classic. The music seems to come through louder than the voices, but that is a common problem for these older movies. The colors seemed to be clear and vibrant. Overall an enjoyable watching experience and a great gift option.

now THIS is a true classic and awesome movie. We look forward to watching it again and again. The love of God is awesome!

Paramount Studios released on both 4K UHD and 2-disc Blu-ray this immensely popular 1956 Biblical epic directed by Cecil B. Demille and starring Charlton Heston as Moses, from his discovery as an abandoned baby to his royal upbringing then eventual exile after his true heritage is discovered, to his becoming the chosen one by God to lead his enslaved people out of Egypt, parting the Red Sea with the Staff of God then receiving the Ten Commandments on Mount Sinai as stone tablets. Yul Brynner stars as Egyptian King Ramses II, who must contend with Moses and concede to his Holy power. Looking superb in HD, (I am currently unable to view the UHD) a fine upgrade from the previous Blu-ray release and certainly the 2004 DVD, porting over most extras, except the 38-minute making of featurette for some reason. Perennial Easter TV presentation holds up well as both Biblical spectacle and action epic, whose Special Effects are still impressive, with an all-star cast and spare no expense budget. Long and a bit melodramatic at times, this is still quite entertaining and even educational. Iconic scenes and set pieces are long since part of the culture, and Heston as Moses was never bettered, either young or old. Don't miss this film!

I love this film/epic. Great value for multiple discs including 4K. Digital portion was waste because its release was so long ago that it was expired and couldn’t redeem it.

This is one great movie. I am so thrilled to have this in my collection.
