Hi, the case I’ve bought has fallen apart.

I am very disappointed with your product. After 3 months, all the plastic rubber is peeling off! Very disappointed. Please email me how can you fix this. Thank you. Dora Tennant

I ordered this cover because it said it was two pieces, like the last one I ordered. It should of had a top cover that protects the screen of the phone and there was nothing. It looked like it was a return, since the box had definitely been opened. I was going to return it but my pup took the box with the cover outside and tore the box up. The cover was fine but the box was in pieces. Yay for me in getting to keep a faulty cover I can’t use!

I’ve been using this case for 1 month. I thought it was great until I just removed it & when I went to reinstall it the plastic trim around the edge of the front (some kind of seal I guess) all fell off.

Purchased this case about 1 month ago. The seal around the glass screen has peeled off! Lifeproof used to have a good quality case as I've used them for multiple phones in the past but for this new "next" case, Don't waste your time or money. I am highly disappointed in the quality of a $80 retail case. I may have only paid $50 but even @$50 it should last way longer than a month!!!! And of course when I try to return it through the website for another one even swap it says "sorry something went wrong well try again later." Should've known better than to waste my time trying to get it resolved. I can assure you I won't be purchasing another lifeproof case from here on out.
