Very tasty smoked salt
The best smoked salts come from Scandinavia or Russia and this one hails from Denmark. My old supplier of smoked salt is no more and I have been trying sample packs to find one that I liked.This salt has a mouth watering smoky flavour that adds an extra level of taste of smoked pork or fish. Nice product highly recommended. I never buy more than 100g at a time, about three months worth, as these salts loose their strength quite quickly.

This is great for cooking especially if added to cheese before melting onto toast or cauliflower cheese.
