I didn't realize there was a grammatical error in the sentence. The "to" is not needed. It should read,"Have you tried turning it off and on again."This needs to be fixed. Also, the quality of the print could be better. One side of the cup has a shadow of the words, like it almost smeared or moved.Not happy.
