Unlike some other brands, vendors, and remanufacturers, these cartridges worked without any issues or protest from the WorkCentre 6027s I purchased them for.Obviously, genuine Xerox cartridges are preferable, but small businesses can't be reasonably expected to afford ~$100+ for a single cartridge, thus the need for sellers and products like this. This seller is more expensive than some of the competitors, but their cartridges won't harm your printer. I recently bought cartridges from an especially cut-rate seller, trying to maximize the value for our office's supply budget, and the other seller's black cartridge was damaged and, in the middle of a print, started shaking and vibrating and came out of its housing in the cartridge bay, damaging the printer.Buy from a seller like this one, because others don't have the same level of quality control.

I was unable to use the RETCH toner cartridges in my Xerox Workcentre 6027. I installed the black cartridge and it never snapped in place. The one time it did, it popped back out causing the toner cartridge door to open. I returned the 4-pack I ordered.

Ink lost color or color dried out in three days. Tried cleaning heads. Still no yellow tint. Replaced cartridges and color returned.

The color cartridges went out in 4 days. And we are only talking 30 pages!! Black ink is still going. Will not buy again!!

not just this brand but have used other off brand units. since going away from genuine Xerox supplies the printers gauge and messages about how much toner is left has become really unstable. I will live with it since the price differences are giant. just beware you might see some decrement to the smarts inside your printer.

I bought these Replacement for my Xerox WorkCentre 6027. they work fine regardless what others are saying I have used these twice and no problems .

My printer did not recognize these as genuine. Had to switch.

I printed about 600 pages and already having to replace them. Not a good value for the money. Cost more than other comparable brands and you get less.
