Q: What are the dimensions for this item?

It's 8 1/2 inches long 5 inches wide and 9 inches in height.

Q: Will this accommodate my lunchblox salad kit and protein shaker?

I'm able to fit a LunchBox Kids Tall Lunch Bag Kit in the bottom section, laying flat as intended. I fit a 16.9 ounce water bottle in the top, but I think the lid from a protein shaker would likely be too big, especially to squeeze under the straps that hold the bottle in.

Q: Does the top fit a 16oz water bottle?

Yes I've put water and Gatorade in it for my daughter's lunch .
