Plug and play
It was extremely easy. You plug it in and it downloads the drivers, which might take a bit, and it starts to work. No problems

Every port works. Blue LED is unnecessarily bright.
Great little desktop card reader with additional USB ports. The only complaint is the LED light is way too bright and is kind of distracting. Remedied that with a small piece of tape.
