I absolutely love this musical. I plan to see it two times this week at the Kavinoky Theatre. It will be my fourth time seeing it performed live. I saw this version with Angela Lansbury and Len Cariou on our local PBS station in the 1970s.What this script does is help you sing along with the right words versus those you made up due to the strong British accents ☺. I own the DVD of this version as well as the CD. I often sing parts on any given day. I listen in the car and I've downloaded the CD onto my Kindle Fire so I can listen wherever I am.

The book is in amazing condition (Props to the seller). The story is about a former barber who was separated from his wife, and now wants revenge on the man who took his daughter. All the revenge elements are creepy, but somehow, the story is absolutely beautiful. To understand what I mean, you gotta read it.

I assigned this book for a 100-level ENGL course, and it was great for providing a hard copy of both the script and lyrics to use along with a recorded production to guide class discussion.

This script isn't what the official MTI script uses. Some of the words are different. It's nice if you're following along with the 1983 DVD of Angela Lansbury and George Hearn.

I have been listening to the original broadway soundtrack for years, but there were always parts that were difficult to understand. Reading this book helped me better the story. I love it!

I needed this book for my theatrical style class. I'm not exactly a theatre freak so I didn't want to spend so much on the five plays we needed to buy for the class. In my school bookstore this book/play was $15. I got such a great deal buying it here. And the condition is great, exactly what I need. And I really appreciate the price since I am a broke college kid. :)
