Great company!
If you have an older product or one not specification mentioned call the company and they will get you what you need. The 9 to 12 volt can be misleading as older plugs have much larger posts. Great company!

The cord is already falling apart
I have had this for 2 weeks and its wire coating already broke and exposed the wires :(
