The toy is sturdy and has stood firmly against my 5 month old puppy who is a moderately aggressive chewer. The ridges help soothe the pain so he enjoys the toy more than the others. I haven’t tried adding toothpaste to this yet, but I did try kibble, keeps him engaged.

The corn seems like a tough material but time will tell. As for the "chew resistant rope", I am not too sure about that. I received my package late Sunday night and opened it today to give it to my dog. Within about 30 minutes of unboxing the product, the rope was bitten into two and thrown. And I am not even talking about a large sized dog. She is a very medium-sized Indie female.I'd suggest changing the rope description on the product in order to avoid misleading customers.

Don't buy this toy,my 1.8 years lab chew it within 2 days,and his stomach gets upset,started vomitting severely,we have to rush for vet,its dangerous if got stuck in intestine,only surgery is option,ver told us you are lucky,he vomitted big pieces out ,thank God... don't buy this toy, please

It's almost indestructible. My Boxer loves it coz his broad jaw can grab it easily, though not the function, I hide some peanut butter through the sides and it keeps him busy for hours.. Nice stuff

My dog loves it. However it's small in size.
