Perfect product and good price

I decided to purchase this to compare it to jesmonite which is loads more expensive. I make home decor items and so far it seems to be fantastic! It picks up detail well and unmolds quickly. Ive used a wax sealer on a couple of pieces and it gives a lovely finish. I used water based pigments for colour and they mix perfectly, I'm really impressed 🙂

I bought this to make a chess set, I found it easy to use and it sets really hard, would buy again

I liked this item first for it's speedy delivery, and secondly, for it's ability to hold it's line features. However I wasn't prepared for the speed at which it hardened, hence the 4

As a body caster ( insta lifebodycasting), I normal cast in resin (as shown in the 2nd image), as plaster is just to weak, and fragile - but thought I would give Stonecast a go - and very impressed.Strong, and easily workable.First picture shows recent casting in Sonecast, ready for finishing (sanding down a bit more, priming and chrome top coats)... but love it, and beacuase of extra weight over resin, can stand unassisted, if your bulk the base, and cut level (angle grinder works best).Have already ordered more to do a couple more from the same mold!
