Microplane Professional Series Cheese Grater - Made in USA Blade 18/8 38000E

We had another grater and wanted to change it for a long time. So glad we finally did! This grater is excellent and the fact that it’s all metal makes it extremely durable and dishwasher safe. Love it!

Very nice looking and the usual standard expected from Microplane.

saw this in one of kenji the chef's videos on youtube and love this one, it has a metal handle witch is way better than the plastic one (read online the plasstic ones crack after some usage) but this one is vary sturdy. it grates ANYTHING to fine curly hairs (lemon zest, cheese, etc.) for decoration and plates rally well.u may want a thicker version for grating cheese in particuler since this one does it slowly as it does fine hairs and also starts hurting ur wrist from all the rubbing after a while but this is perfect for smaller things like lemmon, gingers, a bit of cheese for decor, etc.

Excellent grater for things like cheddar or carrots. Added to my microplane collection.

This is a superior grater to any I have used before, if you want things grated finely. Really excellent auality, though not cheap.

I bought this to replace an identical grater that had worn out after several years use. You can’t beat Microplane for quality.

I ordered the shaver, plus a coarse and a fine grater. They are all fantastic quality, and are so sharp that they have transformed my food preparation. No wonder so many professional chefs swear by Microplane. Absolutely worth the extra money.
