I purchased this as a gift for Thanksgiving and it was a hit! Love the peek a boo flaps!

I didn’t expect this to have lift the flaps (my fault for not looking more closely). The flaps were also hard to lift/fold cleanly, some sloppy gluing, and some of the flaps were lifting up where they should’ve been glued. It’s also paperback when my other Pete books are hardcovers. Again my fault. Decent story but the physical book will not stand the test of time (my young kids).

This item arrived quickly. Perfect for the second grader that is reinforcing reading skills.

Good history lesson for children, who aren’t being taught about the friendship between the Pilgrims & the Indians. 🙂👍
