Which color is easiest to read through? I see these can be bought in individual rolls.

All colors are easy to read through. Yellow is probably the best.

I want to put this over led light strip. will it stick ok? will it change the color? see though?

I don’t think it will stick well enough (if I’m visualizing an LED light strip correctly) I use it very successfully on sheet music to remind students where to focus their practicing. It is easily removable from paper but have found it doesn’t adhere to other things very well.
