Finally, a tape dispenser that cuts the tape and easily. I like the lift-up tape mount, too, and it's got a nice weight to it so it doesn't slip all around when using it.

Works how I expected. Now if only I can keep my kids from stealing my tape, dispensers and all, I can quit buying them. one min I have no tape the next there are 5 on my desk. and don't bother asking them. They never know where they went. Also, if you asked "well, who took it?" all you will hear is not me. I'm currently missing 3. but If I get to zero again, I'll hit the reorder button on this one as it "works great".
