Game changer!!
Only thing I can say bad about this, is I didn't order it sooner!! Don't be a dumdum, get it. Your back and hips will be glad you did.

Relief!
Easy to put on and take off and adjust to fit, my back, hips and knee were very grateful for the relief, for me my duty belt was interfering with my gate because I had to have it and underbelt so tight to keep my pants up, now I can wear duty belt looser and transfer some weight to my shoulders which actually helps my posture and allows for a natural gate.

Good support
Easy to adjust, use it to suspend my duty belt to keep the weight off my hips. Have Arthritis in my left hip and this helps a lot.

Comfort
My duty belt weighed roughly 28 lbs and I was constantly pulling my pants up. This did the trick.
