Doing it myself kitchen remodel
This worked great and was easy to use to seal the grout for my new floor tile in the kitchen.Along with this, I ordered a bag of 1" foam brushes, and it worked out as well as I could have hoped. The foam allowed me to keep going over a good distance without having to constantly recharge with more product, and also kept me in the grout line very easily. When I did get out of the line, it wiped off easily with a cotton rag. Once I got into a groovy, it only took a few hours to apply 2 coats to about 160 square feet of floor with 6" x 24" porcelain plank tiles. I kept the windows open, and ceiling fans running, but I didn't notice any odor from the product, which was nice. I have a ton left in the quart bottle, and could have easily used the pint size.If I have any problems once my kitchen is back in working order, I'll update. For now, I'm very happy with this product.

Excellent product
No color change in grout. Easy to clean residue. Used a foam brush on sanded grout,. Bad idea; grout ate the brush. Pad? Roller? Used on shower surround so instructions were not clear on when it could be used. Contacted Laticrete Customer Support: wait 24 hours (48 better) before using shower.

Very Nice Product
I have just applied this so I can't say how well it will protect the grout until a few months down the line. However, there is minimal odor and it goes on easily and absorbs well. If the sealer gets on the tile, it's easy to remove with a wet, white cloth. I don't see anything I like so far. Easy to apply with a craft paintbrush -- about grout-line width -- which I just purchased at the local hardware store.

130sq of 13"x13" tile floor used 4/5 of this qt. bottle
Regrouted/sealed 20 y.o.,130 sf kitchen off-white textured ceramic tile floor w/ 1/4"Wide grout line. Removed old grout with Dewalt multitool 3 speed 20V and halfmoon grout removal disc. No chips, no scratches, easy peezy. Polyblend plus light brown (haystack) sanded grout. Went 10 days b4 sealed it waiting for sealer to arrive. Get this...Began using an old Tile Lab App. Bottle with bristles. Got bored so tried foam brush; much quicker. Then my dish of sealer spilled all over floor; so grabbed my O'Cedar spin/rinse mop, barely wet + smeared the sealer over the whole shebang" tile and all". I LUCKILY HAD ONLY CUT A SMALL SLIT IN FOIL COVER so I was able to control how much and where I poured out the sealer. Poured then spread 5x5' area at a time but did entire floor before rinsing off. Had fresh cold water ready to go, so refreshed my mop bucket + rinsed entire surface twice with spin mop barely wet. NOPE- Not a trace of white glaze or whatever those 1star folks are talking about. And the foam brush didn't fall apart cuz it was a higher quality home depot one, not a dollarstore type-those are junk. Color is consistant and maybe slightly DARKER than before sealing but now matches the color on the grout sack. Now 24 hrs later and water test on grout line did not soak in. I never expected it to bead up cuz it never did with the Tile Lab sealer I used 20 yrs ago. But water did not soak in one bit. Good to Go. For $18 I don't think it's inferior in any way to the $59 stuff. Very little odor but had exterior door open and fans going. Walked on it a couple hours later but avoided stepping on grout lines. I put towels over area where my dogs walk to go outdoors and used pet gates to keep them out of the rest of the floor. Had 1/4 bottle left cuz I wasted a lot by pour and spread method, but much quicker/easier. Only did 1 coat but let it sit 15 min before mopping off. Be sure to followup with towel drying after you are satisfied that you have removed all of the sealer off of tile. I just laid a giant bathtowel on floor and walked it around the floor by standing on towel and walking around. Good Luck! If ur worried about it glazing your tile, try it in a small area first.

Reliable
This is the only product I've used since remodeling our master bath because the first use proved itself reliable. Seals well and holds back mold. Two coats, wipe down good, and wait a couple days and you're good to go. I do our shower every 2.5 to 3 years. It's an easy brush on task so why wait and push the manufacturers recommendation of 4 to 5 years. It may last that long but I don't wait to find out.

White film all over
Went on great. Tried to limit the amount so that we did not get the cloud effect that we read in the instructions. However, after a few rain showers we had to scrub the tiles as they had a white film all over. Could be user error but I doubt it as we followed directions very closely.

Makes my vinyl planks floor look new.
Very easy to apply, dries in about two hours, very uniform coverage.

Don't need much
We have a small bathroom in which 7-inch tiles were recently laid, so it didn't take much to give all the grout 2 coats. The grout no longer darkens when the floor gets wet, so I guess the sealer is working, but it still feels rough, so I guess dirt could still work its way in. I bought a little bottle with a brush applicator made especially for this kind of thing, so it was quick and easy to apply the sealer. Buy the smallest bottle you can get unless you have a lot of grout!
