These are impressive!
I recently had a power outage and used these in 4 rooms and they provided enough light to see what I was doing and enough to easily read a book. All I had to do was unscrew them from my lamps (that's how they charge), screw the provided end cap with hook and flip the switch. I was surprised how well they worked. No more batteries for a flash light or lantern, not to mention not having to even carry either of these from room to room. Do yourself a favor and buy the multi-pack. (I'm not being rewarded or paid for this review - just an honest-to-goodness regular gal who thinks these are a great invention)!

They work as stated
Only have one in use because they don't fit any of my lamps with shades or under ceiling fixtures. Have in ceiling socket in garage which is important that is where I would immediately go in a blackout. That is where my generator is stored

Solar, soft, white LED emergency lights for back up if power outage
When I unboxed the lights five out of six worked. One bulb was very shaking with a rattling noise when I picked it up out the the box . I could not use it at all , and it didn’t work at all ,so I only got to use five out of the six that I ordered, I really love the light , but I wished I would have got all six lights instead of just having to use five which I keeping.

Answer to frequent power outages
Our power in the rural areas is frequently interrupted. These bulbs are the perfect solution. They are bright and provides plenty of light to read. I bought additional sets as gifts.
