I grabbed these Energizer MAX AA Batteries (24‑Pack) expecting the usual “OK for a month or two” vibe. Instead I got what feels like a tiny energy marathon: remotes, clocks, toys—all kept going long past when I’d usually be tossing AA’s. Shelf-life is no joke either — these batteries claim to hold a charge for up to 12 years in storage, which means they’re ready whenever you rummage through that junk drawer. These Max batteries last longer than any regular alkaline batteries. They last for Christmas outdoor reefs that hung from mid November through the first of January. This is the first time that the batteries haven’t needed changing. Will continue to buy these.

These are some of the best AA batteries that you can get. They lost a very long time, I used them for my son’s toys which he constantly leaves on. They hold their charge longer than other batteries, and I bought them when they were on sale, so they were an extreme value
