These pans are the best ever. I have two sizes and every time they are easy to clean and I never have anything stick. Bakes the bread evenly and cleans up like brand new. No problems with the lid. My new favorite

I am so disapointed with this baking pan, it worked well only the first time baking my bread, since then its been hard to remove bread from the pan even after greasing the pan, and ending up breaking my precious bread. It is also a major hassle to clean. its not a good purchase.

Amazing bread pan, easy to use and quick non-stick release. Easy to clean as well. Makes nice square bread for everyday sandwiches.

I am a very skeptical buyer of products on Amazon, particularly with unknown brands, but when I got this Pullman bread pan, I was delighted. Heavy gauge steel construction, superb quality and finish and when using for baking bread, no need to oil or grease the inside or lid. It's all non-stick. All-in-all, this was a great buy and while being top quality, it crucially cooks on all surfaces evenly. The Pain de Mie that slides out of the pan is perfectly baked and delicious. I highly recommend this manufacturer and product.
