Me empezó a doler una cadera y ley lo bien q va el MSM para las articulaciones por la eliminación de metales pesados q se van acumulando. En un par de semanas me ha dejado de molestar. Estoy encantada

Sulfur- The only way to get nutrients into connective tissues- sulphur or sulfur - is in every part of the body. Up to 9 g/day when needed. Heals, it’s not just temporary relief. For me more is def better. Start slow for a couple days , then keep going as needed. It’s like eating pounds of onions and garlic.

Apart from the fact that these are huge to swallow,(my tip is to leave them in a little bit of water for 6-10 minutes, after that the just melt in your mouth), they are great and have given me lots of new growth (type 4 hair). Lots of baby hairs and growth around my edges. I also noticed that my lashes were a little bit longer.

I find this to be a reasonable and well made supplement. I have ordered many times in the past and will continue to do so.
