Is there space for the paper covers and notes

Have just put the CD's in mine. Honestly, I would say there isn't room for paper covers/ notes, the slip cases are quite tight.

Can the silver text be removed?

I managed to make the text on mine less obvious - hand sanitiser. I can't get it all off though, my guess is it might wear off with time.

Will this hold cd and card cover

Hi, yes you can add a card with the disc, however it will make it each page thicker and you will find it harder to get the last lot of disc’s in their slots and also harder to open and close the lid. My advice is to only put 1 disc in per slot.

Does this come with a card to make a list off discs it holds

Have not got one yet, But would guess you could print up a list and stick it inside the cover.
