Libro interessante anche se molto ripetitivo. Stampa e impaginazione sicuramente da rivedere.

Choosing this book was a great idea!
Not only was this book fun to read, it opened my eyes to not only emotional intelligence in which I thought I lacked but also brought me into different concept like self-awareness, empathy, and self regulation. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

Very one-sided and actually offensive
I am currently writing an essay for a module on EQ. this book seemed like a great book to read for research and quotes. However, instead Brandon Coleman writes as if he is the king of EQ and holds the highest EQ of any person. I'm now going to quote the book and see what you think... "[The Data-loving Vampire] Do not stick around thinking this one will change. Often, the overdramatic energy vampire never changes. They just evolve into something else, sometimes a worse version of themselves [...] run for your life".In a book about understanding yourself, if you are someone who loves a bit of drama, I can guess you would be very offended by this. Goleman has just told everyone to run away from you and that you will never change or just become worse. to add to this. He hasn't even offered a helpful response or offered a way to help the 'drama-lovers' become more emotionally aware. To top off my review of how awful this book is, it doesn't even have a registered publisher! The page at the front where a publishers details should be simply says "published by: Brandon Goleman"! As a student who has to write a million bibliographies a year, this is a huge red flag!
