Excellent twice a day vitamin and mineral supplement. Designed to provide what is needed in the morning (the AM tablet) and in the evening (the PM tablet).Please note the product is in the form of tablets. The tablets are slightly larger than the vitamin tablets most commonly seen, but they are not so large that they present a problem in swallowing. I found them to be well-tolerated and they didn't cause acid reflux response.I have noticed that the product is not always available on Amazon, so it's worth noting that trend.
