I was initially a bit nervous gifting this - as it came wrapped and my fiancés first time seeing it was my first time as well.The etched glass looks great on the lit stand! Seller did a great job wrapping the product, came with a very high quality card, and everything about the presentation was very premium.Seller edited the 2D image to a 3D very well, too.

My grandparents passed many years ago, before the days when HD phone resolution cameras were readily available. I had a copy of their last photo together but it was small and not very high resolution. They were able to take that photo and turn it into a sharp realistic 3D image. I got it for my mother, who of course cried when she saw it. The light base is a must because it makes the real beauty in the engraved part pop out. Absolutely stunning and I love it

I received my crystal (large), and it was beautiful! Unfortunately, the carrier must have dropped it somewhere in transit RIGHT on the exact corner of the box. You could still see the crushed corner, and my crystal had a chip off it! ARTPIX 3D immediately sent me a return instruction and pending refund in 24 hours. This is so beautiful I'm reordering as soon as I'm done typing this.
