Nespresso Vertuo Plus XN903840 Coffee Machine by Krups, Black - International Version - No Nespresso Warranty

Product is extremely good and I am very happy about it.However, I need a clarification on an issue, which actually tempted me to buy this Nespresso vertuo plus machine.On the Nespresso web site there is an offer, that if the machine is bought from their partner sellers ( Amazon name is very much in their list as partner sellers), 60 Vertuo line capsules are offered free, after registering the machine on Nespresso web site.When I registered my machine, which is very much purchased from their partner sellers, Amazon, and requested free 60 vertuo capsules, I was denied stating that, Amazon sourced from some other vendor and that vendor is not in their approved list.This is ridiculous. As far as I am concerned, Amazon is my prime seller and I am not concerned from where Amazon sources the machine. I did some more correspondence with Nespresso, but now they are not responding.So, I need to know from Amazon, whether the explanation given by Nespresso is justified ?

well built.makes perfect coffee.half price of UAE market.but not possible to register on Nespresso UAE. they do not honor purchase from Amazon UK.

This makes a very nice cup of coffee, and we chose it because it allows recycling of the pods.My only criticism would be the coffee is only just hot enough, but it is easily solved: if you use a cold cup, then obviouly the hot coffee is being cooled by the cup as the small stream of coffee runs into the cold cup. But if you first run your cup briefly under the hot tap, and THEN put it under the spout, it is no longer going to cool the coffee as it enters the cup. By doing this, the coffee is plenty hot enough.I'm not a big coffee drinker, but I enjoy a cup from this machine once a day, and it has noticeably more flavour than the average coffee jar brands.It's important to note that you need to make the effort to order recycling bags at the same time as ordering more pods; and you must also then dispose of them properly, we do it by sending them via Royal Mail for recycling, but I believe there are other options too. There's no excuse not to as it is a free service, and I have no desire to pollute the planet for the sake of laziness and a cup of coffee.

Capsules welcome set was missing in the package . Experience with Aramex was very bad

Coffee Machine is easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee.

The picture clearly shows its a vertuo plus roundhead machine. But i got a flat head vertuo plus!
