They do not hold smaller cables securely. Needs a glue-in (sticky back) spacer(s) that could compress the wires for small cables such as for iPad, iPhone charge cables.

These clips are perfect for running cabling but the clips tend to come undone pretty easily and the adhesion isn’t the strongest. They are perfect for making your own cable raceway but don’t expect them to withstand and pressure or tight cables pulling on them.

Used these under a desk to guild various small cables and keep them in an orderly fashion. The surface was smoth finshed wood which should be an optimal surface for adhesives to maintain a bond. They all fell off after 6 months of being installed. The slight weight of the cables eventually pulled them off. These are small USB cables. These might work better as guides and for non-weight bearing applications.

These clips are great for tidying up cables but the adhesive is just ok. I ended up breaking out the super glue to adhere most of them and they've held up since.

I used these when installing a switch in my basement to keep Ethernet cabling clean, and secure. About 3 months later the adhesion is holding well. If you are using with CAT 6 I recommend no more than three cables per clip. Cat 5e I'd say maybe about five cables or so. Also, easy to open when adding / replacing cables. Definitely a good find, and something worth having on hand for a multitude of uses.
