This is the one
This is a very high quality supplement. You can't do better than this with it being from organic, plant based calcium. Take a look at the label and see all the whole food ingredients. The new updated pill size is also rounder and much easier to swallow than the original. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Plant Based /Vegan Organic Calcium D3 K2 Vitamins!!!
My Calcium was low so my Doctor told me to take a Calcium Supplement. I decided to pick this one because it is Vegan and Organic. It also already contains D3 and K2. I began taking it in October 2024. By January 2025, my next lab showed Calcium and D3 levels all back to normal range so it worked quickly for me. I am grateful! I also only take 2 Tablets a day because I eat a lot of Vegetables and Fruit and Plant Milks and Cereals along with Tofu daily — which all contain some Plant Calcium already. So 2 Tabs a day are perfect amount for me. That also saves me money because the bottle lasts longer. I had a problem using dairy Calcium when I tried it first because I wasn’t thinking to even look for Plant Calcium (facepalm) The dairy chews I took on the first day or two gave me terrible gas pain and constipation. Then I found Garden of Life brand and all is well! No gas pains ever. No constipation ever with these. So that’s a win! The taste is neutral. You can take with whatever beverage you like. I use water usually, but sometimes Apple Juice. I take an extra dose of Garden of Life D3 Spray with this mixed in Apple Juice and it tastes like Apple Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream if it was a Juice because the GOL D3 Spray is Vanilla flavored. So it’s tasty! lol. That gives me my extra D3 my Doctor advised me to take. So yes it is definitely effective to help Calcium and D3 levels. I am guessing my K2 level is now fine as well. As for my skin health or nails, the jury is still out. I mean so far so good on hair and skin (nails not so much, but finding other supplements etc for them), but I am Menopausal and this is all new to me to deal with. I am supplementing for my skin health also with Vegan Collagen (Everydaze brand) which is fantastic, but only been on that a week and a half, so I don’t know progress for my skin yet. Taking it mostly for joints and nails. Hopeful. I mean I think I can pass for 30’s-40’s still. lol So my skin is doing well. I will mention that I didn’t know K2 was for hair until my hair suddenly started not only growing new hair in quickly, but also the texture of my hair changed to Curlier than it was. I already had naturally curly wavy hair, but this kicked it up several notches in volume and curl. My Daughter pointed that out to me when I asked “how is my hair suddenly doing this??!” She said “It’s the K2 vitamin. It’s for hair.” I had no idea! Thanks! That was an unexpected bonus to me! So I just opened my 5th Bottle of these and will re-order monthly.

I think it’s a good quality product, but:
Because when I opened the bottle, the first thing that came out was one and a half pills so I decided to count them and see how many there were. I had exactly 87 whole pills and 5 1/2 half pills. Which equals 89 1/2 pills. If I had 6 half pills I wouldn’t have thought much of it. Id have figured that they must’ve broke during transport. But there weren’t enough halves to make three more whole pills. I noticed my last bottle had a half pill in it too. But I didn’t count them.It makes me wonder if the quality control at the factory where they bottle them is lax.I am keeping this bottle. But I’m sure hope the next one has 90 whole pills in it. I would expect nothing less.

Garden of Life Plant-based calcium - an alternative source for lactose intolerance
I decided to give these plant-based calcium pills a try after my doctor recommended I start taking a supplement to keep my bones strong. These are tasteless, relatively small compared to some other supplements, and can be taken with a meal. The directions call for taking three pills daily, so I can space out taking them over the course of each day, with either main meals or even a snack, and taking smaller amounts of calcium at each meal seems to be more beneficial for my digestion without having to worry about calculating how to get the same benefit from milk based products. Those people at risk for developing osteoporosis may find the plant calcium in these easier to tolerate than ingesting milk products, and those people who are lactose intolerant may find these pills easier on the digestive tract without having to eat cheese or milk. The price is right for me, and I can choose from several size bottles.Taste:None noticed.

Pros and cons.
My experience on arrival:PROS- arrived sooner than expected- can be crushed easily (I have a fear of swallowing capsules/large pills)- taste is not noticeable in water/juice- expiration date is long lastingCONS- jar is more than half empty (pro- but still includes the intended/specified amount; the jar is too big)- full serving size is in 3 pills, not one (if you want a small amount each day, 1 pill is enough)Update (8/21):- nails are more thicker (they use to be bendy and see through)- less dental pain (I use to drink raw milk, but did not get enough vitamins and minerals; also used vitamin C supplements - same brand)
