Ordered & got the next day
This is brand new IMO. Had protectors front & back, & not a scratch. Phenominal phone. Replaced an existing phone with my carrier, & had it done in minutes. Popped the old sim card & installed in this one. Crystal screen display. The best part is if you have windows 11, you can pair this phone (& many other Samsung) with your laptop which allows you to check messages, text, calls & everything else with the laptop instead of getting the phone. You can even transfer files & pictures with no dangle cord. The win program is called phone link. You can look on Youtube to download win 11 for free. My Dell is 13 years old & it worked even though they say you can't. So many sites are now wanting to send a text # to log in, & now you can do it from the laptop. You can even send text messages from the laptop through the phone as if you were using the phone. I'm 67 so if I can do it, so can you. Love it!!!!!! Thanks PS. I am on Tmobile. And this phone is super fast.

Reconditioned Samsung Phone A51 5G
Works Great! Very Nice Condition. Just had to get new 5g simm card from Metro PCS as my old 4g phone had 4g simm card. Unlocked as stated! Charging Good!👍

Do not waste your money
The phone looks good but it constantly looses network connection. No matter how many times you restart it it won't connect. Do not waste your money on renewed products. They are cheaper for a reason, they do not work when you need them to 5 or I got back up at like 7:00 only like an hour's worth of sleep here I'm gone

Overall an amazing phone! The camera is stellar and it runs fast
I've had the phone for around a month now. I usually buy midrange phone from the store and call it a day. This time, I wanted a decent camera for all the pictures I take while out hiking or seeing family and friends. Capture the memories, you know? So anyway, here are my pros and cons.PROS:Phone speedCamera qualityScreen sizeSimple set-upCons:Sometimes the fingerprint scanner can be testyOn the rare occasion it has a hard time finding a network connection. One thing to note when I first got the phone, taking into consideration how it's an unlocked former AT&T phone and I have t-mobile, it was difficult getting it to find any network at all. I had to find a troubleshooting guide off of t-mobile's support website to figure it out. Once I had a network connection established for the first time, I haven't had any problems with it since except for one time when I had to restart my phone. It's amazing overall! I truly feel like I got my money's worth and then some. I would recommend this phone to anyone who wants a quality midrange phone.

for the price point, way better than some other makers
I bought an HTC Ultra just 2 yrs ago..it sux... period.. worst "decent" phone i have owned.so i needed to upgrade. this got good reviews from several PC/Phone review sites, which i go to for accurate reviews, descriptions, etc.5G capable, multi lens camera, multi fingerprint capable. overall, a huge increase in quality all around from the HTC, and because its renewed, its barely $30 more, than the brand new HTC i bought 2 years ago.Nothing wrong with renewed electronics for 90+% of items you buy, especially if not real " moving parts" are involved.other than some quirks the phone has, as in- you get a spam call, you select it, you are only given options to delete or save, not block that number, ala every other phone ive ever had. you can block numbers in spam text, and it asks you right then " block this number?". but not on calls.. which is really annoying. so if there is a trick to it, i havent found it.minor things like that, mostly just Samsung being Samsung, and their software, and getting used to it again.at least SO FAR, i really like this phone. Calls i have made to my family, they said " I can hear you much better, whats changed?" and say I am on a new 5 G phone..so yea, it is better, i cant speak on 5G, only its 5G capable, which is the new metric for phone connections, so thats huge.you wont be sorry, you'll save a ton of money over Apple 10,11,12, etc.. or Galaxy Note, Galaxy X, etc..got a budget, need a GOOD phone, get this one..just make sure the one you get works with YOUR PHONE PLAN.. not all do, always check FIRST.

It's fine
Needed a phone PRONTO so bought a renewed Samsung A51 because I'm used to the Samsung product and needed cheap after my S21+ screen crapped out. Phone is fine - worked with SIM from dead phone, everything migrated properly and quickly. Battery was at 35% when received, but I cannot yet attest to battery life. The cost was low and I received it next day, which were the vital elements to this purchase, but the charging port is loose and the renewal apparently does not include a proper cleaning.

Hell nah
I bought this as a replacement for my last phone after the internet kept disconnecting and the screen stopped working. Crazy that I buy a new phone and it immediately has problems that make it borderline unusable. First of all, the 5G worked for a day, then it suddenly stopped working. Awesome. Second, the internet stops working randomly JUST LIKE MY BROKEN PHONE, unless I restart it and then it works fine again, but still no 5G. Third, this phone is slow as ballz. Fourth, the battery is like using a phone that has been in use for 3 years. It wont hold a charge all day. Fifth, it just randomly disconnects from my bluetooth headphones. I'm giving it two stars cause in theory it's a solid phone. I would have loved to have a working version, but I didn't get that. I am returning this after less than a week, and going to Wal-Mart or AT&T to buy one that actually works. Won't be taking the gamble with Amazon on phones again. Goodbye.
