2.5 YEAR UPDATE: Each case has lasted me about a year. A the “year” marker it usually has chips around on the corners, the finish is slowly peeling back on the edges, and the keyboard cover is 90% transparent on the most used keys, like the space bar. Back in 2018 we accidentally ordered 3 of these cases instead of 1 🤣 but I don’t regret that a bit! I’ve loved each and every one. I’ve been a college student since 2018, so my laptop gets a LOT of use, so this wear and tear was expected. I will continue ordering these cases, but possibly another color in the future... Just to switch things up. 😉 My wife absolutely loves this laptop cover. If there's ever an option to purchase the keyboard cover separately, we'd love that as the keyboard cover is just showing a bit of wear on the space bar (which is to be expected over time) but too much visible wear will prompt us to get another. UPDATE: I use my laptop daily (I'm a college student and it travels with me in my backpack, purse, and around the house...) and it has just recently in the past few weeks begun to show obvious signs of wear (other than the keypad cover- that shows wear just a couple of months in, especially on the space bar). The actual shell case has begun chipping on the corners... I know this is due to sitting inside the laptop pocket inside my backpack, and then setting my backpack down on the ground. I don't set it down carelessly, but setting a laptop *with a case on it* inside a backpack down on a hard surface or ground will cause it to break or weaken over time... That's just to be expected unless it's a case that is meant to live on forever and ever. Because I love this case so much (it's SO CUTE) I'll be getting another one. 8 months of continuous use is pretty great in my opinion. I wish I could last a little longer, but it's too be expected. Very easy to put on, it doesn’t or hasn’t broken which is very nice and it fit perfectly fine. Overall 10/10.

im in love with this pink shell, it's the perfect color and it's so cute! the plastic feels really smooth and soft, doesn't feel the sturdiest but as long as you're not like, trying to bend it in half or dropping it a lot it probably won't break super fast, definitely more for aesthetic and not for protection though. I left a game running to see how the case would hold up to a lot of heat and it seemed to do pretty well, it did get hot but not nearly as hot as it is without the case (metal go brrr) it didn't seem to deform or burn any but i don't think id trust it with long-term constant heat. the rubber stoppers on the bottom work fine and they feel pretty sturdy so that they wont fall off anytime soon, and it came with extras in case i ever need to replace them which is nice! the keyboard cover feels a bit weird at first but you get used to it. the letters aren't transparent so the light doesn't shine through it very well, if you rely on seeing the letters to type it might make it a bit harder. It makes cleaning your keyboard A LOT easier so that's a huge plus.

After searching (and buying) countless of pink MacBook cases, hoping to find the perfect shade of baby/light pink, I've FINALLY found it in the form of iBenzer's case! I previously used Kuzy's case in Rose Pink, which was nice, especially because it had tabs on the back of the bottom case (which Speck does as well, but iBenzer unfortunately does not). However, the bottom of Kuzy's case was not "tall" enough and did not fully cover my MacBook; also, the "rose" color was really more of a pinkish lavender, which was nice, but was not a true pink. iBenzer's Rose color is true to picture! The material is rubberized, meaning the plastic is coated with smooth rubber for a grippy, matte touch. There is no Apple cut-out, but the logo shines right through, as with other rubberized cases. The matching keyboard cover is fantastic as well; backlit keyboard shines right through without a problem, and the material is thin enough so that typing is not an issue, but thick enough to be long-lasting and not flimsy (I've had many covers that were so thin, I accidentally tore them just by typing). Other reviewers have mentioned an issue with the bottom case's pads, which seems to used to be made of white foam. However, mine are made of a white rubber material (appears to be the same rubber used for the case coating) and have held up quite well with use; none of them have been "popping" off and stay put. The pads are inserted into the holes on the case and seem to be of much higher quality than white foam pads simply glued onto the case.

Sadly, the case didn’t fix my MacBook. I purchased the wrong size :( otherwise, it would’ve rocked!!!!! I am using the keyboard case though lolllll… ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️😊😊😊 It has a cute baby pink color.
