To make a fixed and parallel bar for a 180lb person, is the bar fully formed and stable? without any balance?

The unit is very stable. I would have no concerns about the stability of the unit. I use the machine often and have never noticed and wobble.

Can you do Nordic curls with the leg rollers?

I have my unit with the knee raise station and leg rollers against a wall. However, doing them with your body towards the front of the unit is doable. Some care will be needed that your hands don't land on the legs. If you have short legs the vertical parts may get in your way. I imagine with your body towards the back you could also do these curls. I am only 155 pounds so the unit moves very little. If you are much heavier it would be good to bolt or weigh down the legs to avoid any chance of tipping.

I am researching and in this price range, will it be the most stable option? the heaviest product?

It’s very stable and has good weight to it. I’m about 200 lbs and it holds me really well. I believe it’ll last year’s structurally and the padding is even very high quality.
