Wow! I have a big rash problem and swollen legs and after doctors not giving me any tests or things to change, I sent my hair off to a lab in the UK and found out I am extremely deficient in the B and K vitamins (among others), which both effect the skin and swelling. I was taking just some K in the multi vitamin and extra B complex (from Pure Encapsulations) and my rashes and legs were better but just not gone yet. I decided to up my K and this brand had the best ratio, the purest ingredients, and the best price! After one week of taking these I noticed my rashes are almost gone now! My sock lines are still a bit too indented but that might take longer to fix than a week!

Love the idea of Vit K, but was dismayed to see the soy; my bad for not seeing this B4 i ordered it. Probably a fine product for those who can use soy!

I have been using this exact product for many years now. I am pleased with my purchase. I do not recommend supplements to anyone because they need to see their doctor before they go on supplements.

Great product, but the price went up about $10 a bottle (180 count) since my last order. Unacceptable. I went directly to the source.

the main benefit I got from it was the relief from chronic sinus pain, one of the only things that made it go away. Other benefits were help with joint pain and muscle soreness

This product has both K1 and K2 vitamin in the one gel tablet.Most other supplement products only had one variety.And also much cheaper than any Australian made products.
