Glad I found this charger for my Olight Intimidator
There is nothing wrong with the voltage of this charger.It charges the Olight Intimidator so that all 4 green lights light up - but may take all day ( and night ) if your battery is very low.

Just ok
It's just ok. It'll take all day to charge from one quarter to full. Tough to find compatible chargers. Not unhappy.

Low voltage
This works for the items that it mentions, but it doesn’t put out adequate voltage. Charging takes an extremely long time, so expect to have your flashlight plugged in for days.
