I love this product so much!! Let’s just say we got down and dirty last night!! My husband loves when I use it on him which we never had tried before, but Hey, it’s 2024! I am extremely disappointed in this product. Its not even made by Hitachi as they claim! Its made by a company named Vibretex. Very misleading. It has generic written all over it. Not worth the $69 i paid.

The good news is this works just like everyone says, and it works GOOD. The bad news is this works just like everyone says and it works GOOD. (Let me explain lol) If you’re not used to watching your girl get herself off I’m telling you now put your ego aside. This was used for my father in rehab after his stroke. I ordered one for him to have at home. He loves it! Has me massaging his arms and back all time. I am sure this is not what most people order for, so if you are wanting to know about other uses I would not be able to help with that.

Amazing product while it functions, the speed and power are top notch. However after a while of using it the cord tends to break which is very sad considering just how much I loved the thing, its good for the price though

Used it every day for three years until it caught fire today when I went to use it. Extremely concerning because I keep it in my bed but this time I just happened to be sitting up while trying to figure out why it wasn’t working. It was incredibly reliable and I want to buy another one but I also don’t want to burn my house down.

Wand itself worked great but after just under a year has given up. As it was in warranty we filled out a form for the manufacturer to replace it. We were told by the manufacturer to contact the seller. Then told by the seller to contact the manufacturer. So will be in the circus for the foreseeable future. Won't be purchasing from them again.
