I love this product and ordering an entire box at a time ensures I never run out.

The box of gels arrived opened and one item was missing.
I use Cliff Shot energy gel for while already and the product is good, I prefer Cliff over other similar gels. Ordered them many times already, but this time the box of 24 chocolate shots inside of the shipping package was opened and one of them was missing, so it was 23, not expected 24. Definitely it is not a big deal, but still bad feeling.
