Great camera for live streaming
Purchased two to replace older more expensive camera, and these work great. Super clear picture, good quality. Can work two cameras with one remote, however, differentiating which camera doesn’t work as it should. I press camera 2 and bot cameras move. Remote reads both IR streams on the camera. Will be trying a different controller to see if that makes a difference. I love the camera and will purchase a third.

ECONOMICALLY SOUND AND SHARPER PICTURE THAN MOST LARGER CAMERAS
This item is well worth the price. It pans and tilts to cover a large area. The zoom on it is phenomenal and the picture is crystal clear. We use it for Church Services. If you want to give your Services a more professional look and you are a small/medium church looking for depth and quality. This one is for you!

Good unit, great picture quality. Remote is a bit clunky
THREE YEARS LATER UPDATE: Great unit! Still works perfect for our weekly Zoom gathering. I never expected it last this long.I did buy this camera controller unit soon after my original review and it also works excellent: much more convenient and faster spin rate for panning:EVERSECU Mini Analog PTZ Camera Keyboard with 4D Joystick, PTZ Speed Dome Camera Controller with RS485 InputORIGINAL REVIEW:we use it for a weekly 1hr group meeting, about 20 people in person and 20 more on Zoom. Very quiet operation which allows people to forget the camera is there. (Folks tend to get uncomfortable if they know they are on screen)The remote control is a bit clunky and camera is very slow to pan around. It only allows for one operation at a time…for example, slow pan left, then tilt up of down, then zoom in. I’m currently looking for inexpensive joystick controller to hopefully fix this. The camera definitely moves faster if I use preset location function on the remote, but in my particular situation, location presets don’t help much, as folks sit in different spots each week.Overall we are pleased 5 months after purchasing.

Limited Visca support
Boy, I really like this camera. Great image quality and physical construction, and it has all of the interfaces I need for my project - POE, HDMI, Visca control over Ethernet. Unfortunately, I need to control the camera remotely, it seems the VISCA interface is incomplete. Pan/tilt over VISCA is at one speed only so I can't do a fast manual pan or a slow auto-pan from my control console. Also, the presets function doesn't work through VISCA so I can't preprogram locations. I know the camera can support all of these functions because I can achieve them with the included IR remote. I have been unable to find any support for this cameral online, either documentation or firmware updates, and very little in the online communities. I will likely return the camera if I can't find a solution.

Affordable PTZ Camera and Excellent Customer Support
I tested this for my church. As a PTZ camera, it has what I was looking for: easy plug and play USB without custom drivers, extra video out for monitoring, and both IR remote and joystick control support. I was looking for a secondary camera view and this camera was half the cost of the one we had from Telycam. Granted, there were a few shortcomings.First, OSD menu is very basic and the control configuration is via hardware DIP switches on the base. Actually, the hardware switches may be a good thing as the Telycam camera sometimes loses the settings and we have to use the IR remote to fix that.Second, there are far fewer advanced features. It is more like a run of the mill webcam. I didn't use much in the Telycam so I didn't miss it. I consider this okay when I think of this as basically a consumer grade USB webcam with PTZ features, not a professional grade camera first. The HDMI and SDI outputs (only checked former as I lacked SDI capture) looked fine.Third, there is an issue with left/right panning. It seems that the default definition is for the camera to be pointed at the user so left and right are relative to the user. However, I have it pointed forward into a chapel so left and right are reversed. The IR remote has a left/right set button but it doesn't work on this model. Thus, I needed to contact customer support.Tongveo customer support was quick to inform me that there is a model with updated firmware in a few months. The menu says the firmware version I got is from July 2021. As I got this with holiday sales, they said to return the camera and they will price match when the new firmware is out. So excellent support and commitment to the customer.Fourth, this is USB 2.0 which is listed in the description. The photo shows a USB 3.0 cable and there is a 3.0 port, but the connection is 2.0. I used Microsoft's own diagnostic tools to look at the USB hierarchy to confirm it is 2.0 (not on any super speed bus).
