Eventually chose this particular brand because I'd seen them in a pub beer garden and liked the warm, yellow ambience (most products had that cold, stark LED feel about them).They're actually brighter than I thought they would be so are actually practical as lighting rather than purely decorational. The options to join more ropes together is a plus and the fixings all seem sturdy and weather proof.The reason for the 4 stars is that you will have to purchase the extension for these as the one provided it comically small. Also, the bulbs are extremely fragile and many reviews have said that they have arrived broken. I was fortunate to only have one broken bulb so the provided spare was sufficient, but it could easily have been worse.

I bought this set to extend a set I already had: but unfortunately, after only being connected for a few months, the connection broke and now I have to duck tape it up to stop it pulling out. Not at all happy especially as these lights are not the cheapest. No idea how to contact the seller. Feel very let down.:(

Easy to install and quality product. The cable from the plug to the first bulb is a little short so I bought the extension cable which worked a treat.The light is nice and warm rather than the colder white light on some LEDs.Overall very happy with this purchase

Works just as advertised. Good amount and quality of light, can be extended with more strings of the same light though for the size of our garden one set gives enough light on its own.Definitely measure the distance between your power source and where you want the lights to start - you can by an extension cable if you need it to be longer.The only downside is that they cannot be dimmed, though I'm happy with the light as is.

4 of the fifteen bulbs did not work. 3 would not work AT ALL and one is at half strength very disappointed with this product

Very good quality, really sturdy and robust lights. Much better than expected, light up our decking area really well.
