The product quality is poor in both printing and metrial, it feels like cup can break any moment, regarding the print and finishing of the product the cup had White scratches and the quality of image is very poor.

Print quality is average.. given text message is not printed on the cup. Upon even lite hand rubbing would remove the black layer..
